The highlight of the night will be a free public concert featuring The Mustache Band on the Big Stage on Dining Street\, drawing a crowd of all ages! Local restaurants such as Genna Benna\, Mudbugs 042\, Burgers Blues Barbecue\, Pancho's\, The Cleaners by Pizza Shack\, and The Gallows Bar will stay open late\, providing a spot for when you need great food and beverages.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, February 14th: Gumbo Cook-Off \n\nThe Gumbo Cook-Off will be held at the Brandon Amphitheater. Approximately 50 teams* will provide sample-size gumbo in hopes of winning prizes\, like "Best Gumbo" and "Fan Favorite"!
