DESCRIPTION:The Rankin County Chamber and City of Brandon present the 8th Annual Krewe de Roux Festival! The Gumbo Cook-Off  will be held at the Brandon Amphitheater on Saturday\, February 6\, 2027 from 11am - 3pm. Approximately 50 teams* will provide gumbo samples in hopes of winning prizes\, like "Best Gumbo" and "Fan Favorite"! This is a very family-friendly environment\, with plenty of entertainment\, live music from SoundCheck the Band\, and activities for all ages.\nKrewe de Roux allows us to enhance the Leadership Rankin and program and provide $10\,000+ in scholarships year over year.
