Join us in Center Court for the 3rd Annual Howlin' & Growlin' Pet Costume Contest! There will be prizes awarded for best costume in three categories\, with drawings for various door prizes throughout event. Details: Registration begins at 6pm and the contest begins at 6:30pm. Creative costumes and themed human/pet costumes are encouraged. There will be three categories for the costume contest: Pet only\; Adult with pet\; child with pet. - Registration fee is a 5 lbs. or more pet food donation to Friends of the Animal Shelter. Donations may be dropped off prior to the event or you may bring them the night of the contest. - Entrants must be leashed and licensed and present at Northpark. - Registration begins promptly at 6pm. - Winners will be announced as soon as the contest is complete. The winning pets will pose for a photo. Winners' name and photo will be included in our post-event promotion and on social media. Judging Criteria: Entrants will be judged on costume and behavior for creativity\, humor\, character\, charisma and uniqueness. The judges' decisions will be final.
