The Community Health Fair is an opportunity to learn more about local businesses providing a variety of services that improve your quality of life. We will have games\, medical screenings\, and door prizes available for attendees.\n\n\n\nATTENDEES\n\nFree admission for the public! Please arrive by 10:30 a.m. to receive a free lunch ticket. You also must be present to win the grand prize. Please join us!\n\n\n\nSPONSORS / VENDORS\n\nSponsorship opportunities and exhibitor booths are available now for registration. Check out the options in the image below! Please join us in providing information\, screenings\, and / or demonstrations at the Community Health Fair. 1st\, 2nd\, & 3rd prizes will also be given for the best decorated booths!\n\n\n\nPLATINUM & GOLD sponsorship registration fees are due no later than Friday\, June 2nd.\n\nSILVER sponsorship registration fees are due no later than Friday\, June 9th.\n\nBRONZE registration fees and EXHIBITOR booth fees are due no later than Friday\, June 23rd.
