About Us

GRIT Training is the 90,000 square feet facility formally known as Courthouse Fitness Center located behind Red Arrow Car Wash off of Lakeland Dr. in Flowood, MS. This special facility has been a staple for fitness fans in the Jackson area for over 40 years and with recent renovations will continue to serve the area for many more years to come! GRIT offers memberships for clients to use the facility at their discretion during business hours as well as offering classes from youth to adult. GRIT has multiple uniquely outfitted training spaces, each designed to help you achieve maximum performance gains. We serve athletes and fitness enthusiasts from youth to adult and beginner to elite. Whether you’re looking to improve your NFL Combine score, to make the varsity team, finishing your first triathlon, or gaining strength and mobility to move pain free, we will help you get there.
